Champagne Bollinger PN is a prestige Blanc de Noirs Champagne crafted entirely from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, expressing the Maison Bollinger's singular vision of this iconic variety across multiple terroirs of the Champagne region of France. Founded in 1829, Bollinger is one of Champagne's most celebrated houses, and the PN cuvée represents a modern flagship built around their foundational grape. Each edition of Bollinger PN highlights a principal cru and a selected base vintage, allowing the expression of Pinot Noir to reinvent itself with every release. This 750 ML bottle is sold in a case of six.

The PN AYC18 edition — the fourth in the series — is assembled from 100% Pinot Noir predominantly sourced from the grand cru village of Aÿ on the Montagne de Reims, blended with Tauxières and Verzenay. The 2018 base year brought abundant yields and early harvest conditions, with chalk-rich grand cru soils moderating the growing season to produce highly concentrated grapes with natural ripeness and powerful acidity. Reserve wines sourced from magnums dating back to 2009 are incorporated into the blend. Aging in the cellar is twice the minimum required by appellation regulations, and dosage is a restrained 6 grams per liter.

The wine presents a golden color with bronze reflections. The nose is generous with notes of honey, fruit jellies, quince, and candied citrus, complemented by marzipan, blood orange, sweet spices, and a refreshing hint of menthol. On the palate it is serious, understated, and rich, with a beautifully expansive texture and a long finish full of confit citrus that lifts the wine's freshness. Serve between 10°C and 11°C.
