It combines kale, chard, celery, carrots, and red pepper with protein-rich navy beans and garbanzo beans, rounded out with tomato paste, organic mushrooms, jalapeño, and warming spices including turmeric and chili pepper. Certified organic by Oregon Tilth, the soup is vegan, gluten-free, and free from added sugars. Each Costco-exclusive 2-pack contains two 24 oz pouches for a total of 6 servings.

Heating is straightforward: pour into a saucepan over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, microwave covered for 4–6 minutes stirring halfway through, or place the unopened pouch in a pot of simmering water over medium heat for 5–6 minutes uncovered.
