Lamblin et Fils Chablis Premier Cru is a distinguished French white wine from one of Burgundy's most renowned appellations. Produced by the Lamblin family, whose winemaking heritage in the Chablis region dates back to 1690, this wine represents over twelve generations of expertise from their estate in Maligny.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich with ancient oyster fossil deposits, this Premier Cru Chablis is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the terroir's signature minerality. The wine undergoes natural malolactic fermentation and light Kieselguhr filtration for natural clarification.

It presents a golden color with bright reflections and offers aromas of white flowers with fine citrus notes evolving toward ripe fruit. On the palate, it delivers a good attack with fruity flavors nuanced by mineral notes and good length. At 13% ABV, it pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, fish dishes, sushi, white meats, and cheeses such as goat cheese, Beaufort, Comté, and Emmental. Best enjoyed at 10-12°C and can age 8 to 10 years.
