Synear Pork Soup Dumplings, also known as Xiao Long Bao, are authentic Chinese soup dumplings featuring tender pork filling infused with ginger, rice wine, and savory seasonings, wrapped in delicate thin dough and filled with rich, flavorful broth. These frozen dumplings are made with traditional gourmet recipes using locally sourced ingredients and Chinese seasonings for an authentic hometown taste. Ready in just 12 minutes, they can be steamed in a bamboo steamer or pan-fried to achieve a golden crispy bottom with a pillowy soft top. Each dumpling bursts with savory soup broth that warms with every bite.
Synear is one of China's largest frozen food production companies, founded in 1997 in Zhengzhou, and was the exclusive supplier of frozen food for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The company holds ISO9001 and ISO22000 certifications and is FDA and BRC approved. The US facility was established in 2015 in Chatsworth, California, with on-site USDA inspection and SQF Level 3 certification in Food Safety Code for Manufacturing and Quality.
