Siete Leguas Blanco is a premium 100% blue agave tequila produced at the Tequila Siete Leguas distillery (NOM 1120) in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, Mexico. It is crafted from a blend of tequila produced at Fabrica el Centenario and Fabrica La Vencedora using traditional production methods, including stone tahona milling, natural fermentation with fibers, and distillation in copper pot stills. The result is a classic Los Altos-style blanco known for its signature profile of herbs, citrus, minerals, and cooked agave.

On the nose, this tequila presents aromas of cooked agave, minerality, basil, mint, and fresh lime. The palate delivers cracked pepper, cooked agave, jalapeño, lime, slight vanilla tones, and citrus zest, with a finish that is fresh and zesty, evolving and developing in complexity over time.
