Fid Street Hawaiian Gin is a small-batch craft gin produced by Hali'imaile Distilling Company in Makawao, Maui, Hawaii — the first gin ever made on Maui and only the second produced in Hawaii since Prohibition. Named after the historic "Fid Street" (now lower Nu'uanu Avenue in Honolulu), the name honors a sailor's term for "drink" and the vibrant harbor culture of 19th-century Honolulu.

Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), the gin bridges the gap between classic London Dry and American craft gin styles. It is distilled in glass stills using 12 botanicals sourced from Hawaii and around the world: juniper berries, orange peels, lemon peels, cedar leaf tips, cardamom pods, coriander seeds, angelica root, grains of paradise, orris root, fennel seeds, Maui Gold pineapple, and Maui-grown lavender flowers. The result is a juniper-forward spirit with a clean, aromatic profile of fresh-cut florals, citrus, and a hint of forest air with tropical Hawaiian character.
