Blackened 72 Seasons is a limited-edition American blended whiskey created in collaboration with Metallica, crafted by Master Distiller & Blender Rob Dietrich. It is a blend of straight whiskeys finished in brandy casks, produced in Kentucky at 45% ABV (90 proof).

This commemorative release celebrates Metallica's album "72 Seasons," incorporating the band's signature sonic-enhancement process — the album was actually played during the whiskey's finishing period.
