Blackened Cask Strength American Whiskey 750ml

Blackened Cask Strength is a premium American whiskey produced by Blackened American Whiskey and bottled by Sweet Amber Distilling Co. It is a blend of straight American whiskeys finished in black brandy casks, bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or added water.

The whiskey is co-created with the rock band Metallica and is aged using the brand's proprietary "Black Noise" process, in which barrels are subjected to low-frequency sound waves from curated Metallica playlists during maturation. Each batch is assigned its own playlist selected by the band. The result is a bold, full-proof spirit with a nose of floral notes, cedar, and toasted walnuts, leading to a palate of caramel, cinnamon, and toasted marshmallow, and finishing with a pronounced black pepper note of medium-to-long length.

Proof varies by batch but typically ranges from approximately 110 to 122 proof (55–61% ABV). This 750ml bottle is the standard retail format.
