Tenuta di Nozzole Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a 100% Sangiovese red wine from Tuscany, Italy, produced by the historic Nozzole estate owned by the Folonari family since 1971. The estate dates back to 1300 and sits north of the village of Greve in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, covering approximately 1,000 acres at 300 meters elevation with 90 hectares dedicated to specialized vineyard cultivation.

Yields are kept low to achieve concentration and complexity. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and crushed before fermentation on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a maceration period to draw out color and tannins. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged in oak vats and bottle-conditioned before release. All wine is bottled on the estate by winemaker Giovanni Folonari.

The wine presents red berry and cherry aromas with earthy undertones, shaped by vibrant, fresh acidity and a backbone of firm yet elegant tannins. Pairs well with meat, poultry, and cheeses. Rated 90 points by both Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator.
