La Légende de Saint-Martin Sancerre "Cuvée Prestige" is a classic expression of the Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley, France, crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The estate is a family-owned producer with roots going back generations, farming their vineyards using sustainable and organic practices on the region's characteristic limestone and clay soils.

The wine opens with a brilliant nose of fresh citrus fruits — zesty grapefruit, lime, and lemon — alongside delicate floral hints, green apple, and a touch of minerality. On the palate it is vibrant and crisp with refreshing acidity, clean texture, and a long lingering finish with subtle notes of flint and herbs. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve the fresh, fruity character of the Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a brief maturation on fine lees to add texture and complexity.
