Omen Cabernet Sauvignon California 750ml

Omen Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, full-bodied red wine sourced from premier California vineyards, including grapes from the Sierra Foothills and Paso Robles AVAs — two of California's most exciting wine regions. Crafted by French-born winemaker Alexandre Remy, the wine is aged with 30% new French oak to develop its signature depth and complexity.

On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and cedar with a hint of smoky graphite. The palate delivers rich, luscious tannins with flavors of black currant, dark chocolate, leather, and dried herbs, finishing with notes of vanilla cream, cardamom spice, and black licorice. Despite its bold character, the wine remains approachable and well-balanced.

Omen wines are hand-crafted with care from high-quality fruit from hidden-gem AVA vineyards and contain no added sweeteners, gum arabic, or Velcorin. Sold as a case of 12 bottles at 750ml each. Pairs excellently with BBQ, grilled meats, and hearty red sauces.
