Solnato Roma Bianco is a crisp, refreshing Italian white wine from the Roma DOC appellation in Lazio, central Italy, made from 100% Malvasia del Lazio grapes. The Roma DOC is a relatively young designation, established in 2011, with a storied winemaking history in the hills surrounding Rome.

This wine is vinified and aged on the lees in stainless steel, which preserves its bright, aromatic character and sets it apart from the richer, more oxidative style typically associated with Malvasia. It pours a pale yellow with green-tinged hues and offers aromas of passion fruit, orange zest, and lemon, with a palate of crunchy peach and green mango, accented by a delicate floral quality and a clean, bone-dry finish with a subtle phenolic grip.
