Each package contains two 13-ounce trays of ravioli made with durum wheat flour and eggs, filled with Maine cold water lobster, heavy cream, unsalted butter, garlic, and lemon zest.

The ravioli cooks quickly in just 4 minutes of simmering in boiling water. The pasta has a soft center with slightly firmer edges. The filling delivers a warm, rich, and creamy taste profile where the cheese flavors are prominent with subtle lobster notes.
