Glenmorangie The Cadboll Estate 15 Year Old is a strictly limited edition Highland single malt Scotch whisky crafted from barley grown exclusively on Glenmorangie's own Cadboll Estate in the Scottish Highlands. This field-to-glass expression is matured for 15 years in American oak ex-bourbon casks, which lend the whisky added creaminess and depth while preserving the distillery's signature smoothness. The bottle's name pays homage to the Cadboll Cup, a celebrated 16th century silver heirloom of the MacLeod family now held in the National Museum of Scotland.

The whisky is produced at the Glenmorangie distillery in Tain, Highlands, where Tarlogie Spring water — filtered through limestone for nearly a century — is used throughout production. Fermentation and double distillation take place in Glenmorangie's famously tall copper-pot stills, the tallest in Scotland at nearly seventeen feet, which yield a lighter, more refined spirit. The distillery's team of sixteen distillers, known as the Sixteen Men of Tain, oversee each batch. The Cadboll Estate 15 Year presents aromas of oaky biscuit and citrus, leading to a creamy palate of butter, white chocolate, pears, and menthol, with honeyed toasted grain and a long, rounded finish.
