Ricossa Gavi DOCG is an elegant white wine from the Piedmont region of Italy, made from 100% Cortese grapes. Produced in the hilly territory of Monferrato within the Province of Alessandria, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by a short period of bottle aging to preserve freshness and terroir character.

Pale straw yellow in color, the wine offers a fruity bouquet with hints of white flowers, green apple, lemon, and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate it is pleasant, fresh, harmonious, and well balanced. At 12% ABV, it pairs well with fresh appetizers, salads, and fish dishes, and is best served at 8-10°C.

Ricossa's roots in Piedmont date back to the late 1800s, with the winery located in the village of Castel Boglione in the heart of the Nizza DOCG production area.
