Mezcal Vago Elote is an artisanal mezcal handcrafted by Temo and Mateo García (Hijos de Aquilino Garcia) in Candelaria Yegolé, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made from 100% Espadin agave that is roasted in a traditional pit oven, then macerated with toasted Mexican corn (elote) before final distillation. The inclusion of roasted corn before distillation is a time-honored celebratory technique unique to the García family, honoring the deep cultural connection between corn and agave in rural Oaxacan life.

Bottled at 49.9% ABV (99.8 proof) in a 750mL format, this mezcal delivers strong and spicy aromas alongside notes of melted butter and campfire smoke. On the palate, sweet roasted agave is complemented by roasted corn sweetness, subtle smoke, green peppercorns, finger lime citrus, and light florality. The finish is balanced and medium-bodied.
