Moillard Pommard Premier Cru is a prestigious red Burgundy wine from Maison Moillard, one of the Côte de Beaune's renowned négociant producers. Made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Premier Cru vineyards of Pommard — most notably Les Grands Épenots — this wine reflects the power and elegance that has made Pommard one of Burgundy's most celebrated appellations.

Vinification involves thermo-regulated stainless steel fermentation with pre-fermentation cold maceration to extract deep color and aromatics, followed by extended maceration. The wine is then aged approximately 18 months in French oak barrels (approximately 40% new oak), which adds structure and subtle spice while preserving Pommard's characteristic fruit intensity.

Expect an expressive nose of dark cherry, plum, violets, and dried flowers with hints of cedar and clove. On the palate, the wine delivers concentrated black fruit flavors, firm yet refined tannins, and vibrant acidity that gives it excellent aging potential.
