High West Cask Collection is a line of small-batch, cask-finished blended whiskeys crafted and specially selected from the mountains of Utah. Distilled at High West Distillery — America's first licensed craft distillery in over 100 years, located in Park City, Utah — the Cask Collection showcases the art of blending and finishing in unique secondary casks.

Each expression in the collection begins as a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged 4 to 9 years, then finished in wine or sherry barrels to develop additional complexity. Varieties include a Cabernet Sauvignon barrel finish (9 months), a Chardonnay barrel finish (11 months), and an Oloroso Sherry barrel finish, each imparting distinctive aromatic and flavor characteristics. Tasting notes vary by expression but commonly include orange zest, cacao nibs, weathered cedar, red velvet cake, and hickory. Bottled at approximately 100 proof (50% ABV).
