Golden Beaver Pacific Flyway Rice Whiskey is a handcrafted spirit distilled in Chico, California by Golden Beaver Distillery. Made from 100% Cal-rose rice and rice malt, the whiskey is aged in a combination of new American oak and used bourbon barrels, producing a smooth and distinctive character. It is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

The whiskey is named after the Pacific Flyway, the migratory corridor stretching from Alaska to Mexico along the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Coast. The wetlands of California's North and Central Valleys serve as critical winter habitat for the diverse waterfowl and songbirds that travel this route each year. Rice farmers in Northern California have become stewards of these wetlands, and this small-batch whiskey pays tribute to that tradition. Released as a limited annual bottling, each batch reflects the seasonal cycle of the Pacific Flyway migration.
