The cups are BPA-free with no PFAS added, ensuring no harmful chemicals seep into beverages. They are PEFC-certified paper, BPI-certified compostable, FDA non-toxic, and FDA food contact safe. The cups are Lomi Approved and will break down in commercial composting facilities within 3-6 months and in home composting within 12 months.
