Siete Leguas Añejo is a premium 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila produced at Tequila Siete Leguas S.A. de C.V. (NOM 1120) in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, Mexico. This añejo expression is a blend from Fabrica el Centenario and Fabrica La Vencedora, two distilleries within the Siete Leguas family. Each 700mL bottle contains tequila bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

The agave is slow-cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, extracted using both tahona and roller mill methods, and fermented with fibers in stainless steel open-air tanks using natural spring water. The spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills before aging for 18 months in used American White Oak bourbon barrels, imparting rich depth while preserving the agave character.

On the nose, expect cooked agave, bourbon, vanilla, dried fruit, and cinnamon with notes of oak and caramel. The palate is full and agave-forward, balanced by spicy oak, vanilla, baked apples, and black pepper. The finish is slightly dry with medium heat and lingering cooked agave, evolving through cinnamon and butterscotch. Sold as a case of 6 x 700mL bottles.
