Michel Magnien Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru "Climats d'Or" is a premier cru Burgundy red wine from the renowned village of Morey-Saint-Denis in the Côte de Nuits, produced by Domaine Michel Magnien et Fils. This 750 mL bottling represents a blend of five premier cru vineyard sites within the village: Cheseaux, Charrières, Clos Baulet, Chaffots, and Monts Luisants, unified under the "Climats d'Or" (Golden Climates) label.

The wine is made from Pinot Noir grown on vines with old-vine character in heavier soils that lend weight and richness to the palate. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, incorporating approximately 20% whole clusters. Aging takes place in a combination of terracotta amphora and used oak pièces (barrels), with no new oak used, preserving the purity of fruit and terroir expression. The domaine is certified biodynamic by Demeter.

Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru "Climats d'Or" is known for combining the structure of neighboring Gevrey-Chambertin with the aromatic perfume of Chambolle-Musigny. Expect fresh red berry aromas layered with notes of violets, spice, and earth, leading to a palate with depth and fine tannin structure.
