El Pino Club "The Cusp" is a Pinot Noir sourced from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, California β one of the most celebrated appellations for the grape in the world. El Pino Club is a curated Pinot Noir collective that partners with regional winemaking experts, giving each winemaker creative freedom to craft site-specific expressions from their finest vineyard blocks.
"The Cusp" embraces the tension between Russian River fog and Sonoma sunshine, producing a proudly new-world Pinot Noir with a full, round body packed with concentrated dark fruit, beautifully balanced and unexpectedly complex. The wine opens with aromas of dried cherries, rose, magnolia, light vanilla coffee, and hints of pine needle. On the palate, expect juicy strawberry and cherry compote on the entry, giving way to an elegant mid-palate with hints of vanilla bean, finishing long with bright coastal acidity. The 2021 vintage earned a 95-point score from James Suckling and 91 points from Wine Spectator, with a drink window through 2029.
100% Pinot Noir. 14.3% ABV. Approximately 1,541 cases produced. Sold individually at 750ml.
