Penelope Bourbon Rosé Cask Finish is a 6-year straight bourbon whiskey finished in hand-selected French Rosé wine casks from the Southern Rhône region of France. This is Costco's case offering of six 750ml bottles, sold at a limit of one case per member.

The bourbon is crafted from a four-grain mash bill of 76% corn, 7% rye, 14% wheat, and 3% malted barley, then finished in ex-Rosé wine casks to impart delicate fruit and floral character. It is bottled non chill-filtered at 94 proof (47% ABV), preserving the full texture and flavor profile.

On the nose, expect candied fruit and floral herbal notes. The palate delivers sweet vanilla, cream, and strawberry jam, while the finish rounds out with rich leather, ripe berry, and a slight spice. This expression is part of Penelope's Cooper Series, which pairs their straight whiskeys with wine casks from renowned wine-making regions around the world.
