The LEM MaxVac 1000 is a commercial-grade vacuum sealer designed for serious home and professional use. It automatically removes air and seals bags to extend the freshness and freezer life of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits, protecting food from freezer burn while locking in nutrients.

A built-in continuous-run cooling fan enables the MaxVac 1000 to operate for 10 consecutive hours, completing 1,000 seals without stopping or cooling down. The manual vacuum control function and weighted lid allow for hands-free operation on every cycle, making large batch processing effortless.

Constructed with stainless steel for lasting durability, the unit includes a roll material holder and cutter to customize bag sizes, along with an 8" x 25' roll of bag material. The 14" seal bar accepts bags up to 14" wide and is compatible with most national brand heat-seal vacuum sealer bags and Food Saver jar sealer attachments. Not compatible with chamber-style vacuum bags.
