Veuve Ambal Crémant de Bourgogne Premières Fleurs Rosé Brut is a French sparkling wine produced by Maison Veuve Ambal, a family-owned winery established in 1898 in the heart of Burgundy, France. This 750 mL bottle is an AOC Crémant de Bourgogne, made using the traditional méthode traditionnelle with a minimum of 12 months of aging on laths in the cellar.
The wine pours a deep pink with raspberry highlights. The nose offers aromas of crunchy red fruit and pomegranate, while the palate is fresh and dynamic with lively, fine bubbles and a gourmand, light finish. Tasting notes include red fruit, candy, and floral qualities. It is harvested manually from clay-limestone terroir vines approximately 25 years old in the AOC Burgundy appellation. After slow pneumatic pressing, the base wines ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the oenologists craft the final blend. Serve chilled at 7–8°C.
Pairs well with red fruit tarts, smoked salmon, sushi, fish ceviche, or a casual aperitif.
