WhistlePig FarmStock Rye is a grain-to-glass straight rye whiskey crafted entirely at WhistlePig Farm in Shoreham, Vermont. Every element reflects the farm's terroir: the rye grain is grown and harvested by their own farmer, distilled using water drawn from their on-site well, and aged in locally sourced Vermont Oak barrels. The whiskey is also bottled in the barn right on the farm. At 86 proof (43% ABV), it blends WhistlePig's own distillate with older ryes to deliver a well-balanced, approachable profile that serves as an ideal entry point for rye whiskey enthusiasts.

The blend consists of 15% four-year-old Vermont straight rye aged in Char #3 barrels, 37% six-year-old Vermont straight rye aged in Char #4 barrels, and 48% six-year-old Canadian straight rye aged in Char #3 barrels. On the nose, expect sweet, aromatic notes of vanilla, maraschino cherry, roasted chestnuts, and hints of cigar box. The palate delivers oak, toffee, and baking spices, with softer notes of crème brûlée and rose petals following. The finish is warm and lasting, with a pleasant rye spice.
