Jean Laurent Brut Réserve Blanc de Blancs Champagne is a grower-produced sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Crafted by third-generation winemaker Jean Laurent in the village of Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne, this wine is blended from four vintages and aged a minimum of 36 months on the lees.

The nose offers melon, brioche, and honey aromas with light floral notes. On the palate, it delivers fine bubble texture with a long, lingering finish. Vinified entirely in stainless steel with full malolactic conversion and finished with 9–10 g/l dosage, it carries 12% alcohol. The estate practices sustainable agriculture, using solar panels and reclaimed rainwater for winery operations.

This Blanc de Blancs has earned strong critical recognition, including 92 points from Wine Spectator and 92 points from Wine Enthusiast. It pairs well as an aperitif or with seafood and white meats such as veal.
