High West Cask Collection Chardonnay Barrel Finished Bourbon Whiskey is a limited batch release from High West Distillery in Utah. This premium bourbon is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged 4 to 9 years, then finished for 11 months in second-use Chardonnay barrels, and bottled at 100 proof (Batch No. 23F21).

The nose presents a bouquet of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak with subtle notes of ripe orchard fruits and white grapes. On the palate, deep and velvety flavors of honey, apricot, and peach are complemented by vanilla and oak notes from the distinctive Chardonnay finish, adding a uniquely fruity touch of spice. The finish is blissful with a subtle sweetness, a hit of citrus, and lingering warmth.
