Highland Park Cask Strength is a premium single malt Scotch whisky from the renowned Highland Park distillery located in Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands of Scotland. This expression is bottled straight from the cask at full cask strength without dilution and is non-chill-filtered to preserve its natural character and distinctive haze.

The whisky is matured in a carefully selected combination of casks including first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak, first-fill ex-bourbon casks, first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak, first-fill ex-port hogsheads, and refill casks. Hand-selected by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion, this release showcases the distillery's signature balance of sweet and smoky character.

On the nose, expect toasted coconut from the bourbon cask influence, crushed lemons, cedarwood, hints of Turkish Delight, and smoky peat aromas. The palate delivers zesty pink grapefruit and fragrant rose water, balanced by toasted oak and heather-rich peat. The finish is extended with exotic sun-baked liquorice layered through floral peat smoke. The natural deep rose-gold color derives entirely from cask maturation without added colorants.
