Produced by Rickshaw Wines, part of the Foley Food and Wine Society, this wine is 100% stainless steel fermented to preserve fresh fruit character and aromatics. The blend is composed of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscat.

The wine opens with floral and fruity aromatics of lemongrass, kiwi, lychee, and white lilies. On the palate, flavors of grapefruit, honeydew melon, lime zest, lemon zest, and fresh honeysuckle come together with a plump, juicy texture and a hint of mango on the finish.
