The Rexton BiCore B-Li M Rugged is a rechargeable Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aid sold as a pair with a charging station. Built to be Rexton's toughest BTE model, it carries an IP68 rating for protection against dust and water submersion up to 2 meters for 30 minutes. Its reinforced and sealed housing withstands drops from heights of up to 2 meters, while a scratch-resistant paint finish and chemical resistance to soaps and shampoos protect it during everyday use, including in the shower.

Powered by Rexton's BiCore platform, the hearing aids employ patented Speech Preservation Technology to separate target speech from background noise, and an ultra-fast binaural link keeps the left and right aids synchronized in real time. Each aid streams audio directly from iOS and Android smartphones via Bluetooth and includes a telecoil (T-coil) for compatibility with hearing loop systems. ATEX certification makes them suitable for use in potentially explosive work environments.

The lithium-ion rechargeable battery delivers up to 39 hours of use per charge without streaming, or up to 36 hours with five hours of daily streaming. A 30-minute fast-charge option restores meaningful battery when time is limited. The included charging station charges the aids fully in four hours, features a built-in magnet for secure placement, and operates with automatic on/off. The Rexton app provides access to Rexton Assist, an AI-based neural network for real-time programming adjustments on the go, and TeleCare for remote fine-tuning sessions with a hearing care professional. Each pair includes cleaning tools, wax guards, ear tips, and an instruction manual.
