Meadow Creek Appalachian Tomme is a handcrafted American artisan cheese made in the French Tomme style. This lush, vibrant cheese is made from raw milk from a herd of Jersey cows grazing on mountainous pastures at 2,800 feet elevation in southwest Virginia. The cheese is aged for at least 90 days in temperature-controlled cellars where it develops a white coat of penicillium molds that complements its unique flavor profile.

The texture is firm yet supple with a velvety, smooth consistency that melts on the tongue. The deep straw-colored yellow interior offers rich flavors of cream and butter with mushroom earthiness that recalls the intensity of the aging cellars.
