Grown at the foothills of the Andes, the grapes are harvested early to preserve high natural acidity, then immediately pressed with no skin contact — a technique that keeps the wine pale in color and distinctly fresh despite its red grape origins. The wine is certified organic, Fairtrade certified, and vegan friendly, with just 3.1 g/L of residual sugar and 12.5% alcohol by volume. Sold in a case of 12 x 750ML bottles.
