Ara Single Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a classic Marlborough, New Zealand white wine crafted from estate-grown grapes across the Wairau Valley. Refreshing lemon and grapefruit aromas play with green notes of capsicum and tomato leaf, while citrus, blackcurrant, and bell pepper flavours fill the palate to create a wine that is gracious with a deliciously crisp, dry finish. Aromatic with classic Marlborough purity and wonderful acidity.

The juice is fermented at moderate temperatures using a combination of classic Sauvignon Blanc yeasts to ensure distinct varietal definition and fruit purity with a textural palate. After fermentation, the wine matures in tank on light lees to develop texture and complexity before bottling. This wine is certified vegan-friendly and approved by the UK Vegetarian Society.
