Château Roquefort Les Roches Blanches is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the AOC Bordeaux Blanc appellation, produced by the Bellanger family estate in Lugasson, France. The estate spans 100 hectares of vines situated between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, near Saint-Emilion, and has been producing Bordeaux wines for over 40 years.

The grapes are grown on chalky-clay and limestone soils at Castelviel — the highest point in the Gironde — where fossilized oyster bed outcrops enrich the terroir. Vinification involves cold maceration of the skins followed by low-temperature fermentation and aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine is cultivated using organic agriculture practices and carries HVE 3 (High Environmental Value) certification.

On the nose, the wine is intensely aromatic with a typically expressive Sauvignon Blanc character — fresh, mineral, and vibrant. The palate delivers citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruit notes with lively acidity and a clean finish. Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Pairs well with sushi, sashimi, ceviche, tuna poke bowl, and light seafood dishes. Best enjoyed within 3 years. Alcohol: 12.5%. Contains sulfites.
