Embruix de Vall Llach is a red blend from the prestigious Priorat DOCa appellation in Catalunya, Spain, produced by Celler Vall Llach. The name "Embruix" means "bewitching" in Catalan, a fitting description for this expressive wine crafted from century-old vineyards on Priorat's signature llicorella (fractured black slate) hillsides.

The wine is a blend of Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah, Cariñena, and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from younger estate vineyards ranging from 7 to 25 years old. It displays a deep cherry red color with a garnet rim, offering aromas of black plum, cherry liqueur, freshly milled spice (clove and black pepper), and earthy mineral notes. On the palate it delivers intensity and concentration with integrated acidity, rounded tannins, and solid structure that makes it suitable for both near-term enjoyment and cellaring.

Celler Vall Llach practices biodynamic viticulture, reflected by the full moon symbol on the label. The extreme terroir of Priorat's steep slate hillsides naturally limits yields, concentrating flavors into each bottle. Sold in cases of 12 x 750ML.
