AppleCare+ is Apple's 3-year extended protection plan for the Mac Mini M4 (model SR1C2LL/A), expanding coverage beyond the standard one-year limited warranty and 90-day complimentary telephone support that come with every Mac purchase.

The plan provides 24/7 priority access to Apple experts via phone or chat for both hardware and software issues. Hardware coverage includes the Mac Mini itself, its battery, Apple memory (RAM), the Apple USB SuperDrive, included accessories, and the power adapter. Software support covers macOS and iCloud usage, connecting to printers and wireless networks, and how-to guidance for Apple-branded apps including Photos, iMovie, GarageBand, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Final Cut Pro, and Logic Pro.

AppleCare+ includes unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to a service fee of $99 for screen or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other accidental damage, plus applicable tax. Repairs can be handled via mail-in service using a prepaid Apple shipping box, or carry-in service at any Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Coverage applies in the United States and begins on the date of purchase.
