This service plan is designed specifically for the MacBook Pro 14" M4 (model SR172LL/A) and is sold through Costco at a competitive price compared to purchasing directly from Apple.

Coverage includes 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone, global repair coverage, and multiple service delivery options: mail-in repair using a prepaid shipping box provided by Apple, carry-in repair at any Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, and onsite repair for eligible locations. Hardware coverage extends to the Mac M4 itself, its battery when it retains less than 80% of original capacity, included accessories such as the power adapter, Apple memory (RAM), AirPort, and Apple USB SuperDrive.

Software support is included for macOS and iCloud, covering quick how-to questions about Apple-branded apps such as Photos, iMovie, GarageBand, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, as well as help connecting to printers and AirPort networks. Accidental damage incidents are each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax.
