Valduero 6 Años Reserva Premium is a 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) wine from the Ribera del Duero denomination of origin in Spain. Produced by Bodegas Valduero, one of the first wineries founded in D.O. Ribera del Duero in 1984, this wine undergoes a minimum of 6 years of aging: 3 years in oak barrels from 4 different origins followed by 3 years of bottle aging in the winery's centenary underground caves. It is only produced in exceptional vintages.

The grapes come from vineyards over 40 years old with very low yields of 2,000 kg per hectare, harvested entirely by hand with individual bunch selection. Native yeasts are used to preserve the character and personality of the terroir. The wine has an alcoholic degree of 14% and contains sulfites.

Tasting notes reveal an intense garnet color with aromas of toffee and cedar wood. On the palate it is complex, broad, meaty, and enveloping with a very persistent aftertaste. Blackberry and dark plum flavors carry layers of chocolate, leather, and pepper spice. Awarded 97 points by Decanter and named Best Wine from Ribera del Duero for two consecutive years by Vinum Switzerland. Ideal serving temperature is between 14°C and 18°C (57°F–64°F).
