Principi di Butera Diamanti Grillo is a 100% Grillo grape white wine with a Sicilia DOC designation, produced by the historic Feudo Principi di Butera estate in Sicily. The estate, owned by the Zonin family since 1997, spans 320 hectares in one of Sicily's most mineral-rich zones near the Mediterranean coast, between the Valley of the Temples and Piazza Armerina.

This wine presents a straw-yellow color with gentle greenish reflections. The bouquet offers enticing notes of citrus, pineapple, and a hint of menthol, creating a fresh and fragrant experience. On the palate, it is harmonious and savory with marked minerality reflecting the unique terroir. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and rests on its lees for up to six months.

Pairs well with seafood, fish, and pasta dishes. Best enjoyed chilled on a warm afternoon.
