Claude Manciat Bourgogne Chardonnay is a classic white Burgundy from the Mâconnais region of France, produced by the Manciat family estate based in Charnay-lès-Mâcon. The domaine has been crafting wine since the 19th century, with Marie-Pierre Manciat continuing the family legacy. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Bourgogne AOC, this wine is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, clean character.

The wine pours a light to medium gold with inviting aromas of stone fruit, citrus, and a distinct minerality. On the palate it is dry and well-balanced with flavors of green apple, apricot, and a lingering mineral finish. The bright acidity and medium body make it highly versatile at the table. Pairs beautifully with shellfish, salmon, pasta dishes, mild soft cheeses, and cured meats. Best served slightly chilled rather than very cold to allow the wine's nuances to fully express themselves.
