Château Couhins is a Grand Cru Classé de Graves from Pessac-Léognan, located in Villenave d'Ornon near Bordeaux, France. This estate holds the distinction of being the sole Bordeaux château classified exclusively for its white wine in the 1959 Graves Classification. The estate achieved 100% organic certification in 2022.

The white wine is produced from approximately 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sauvignon Gris, fermented using a blend of thermoregulated stainless steel vats (60%) and French oak barrels from Burgundy (40%). The wine is characterized by a delicate bouquet of spring flowers and white-fleshed fruits, with liveliness and persistence on the palate driven by the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Expect aromas of pink grapefruit, white flowers, pastry cream, and wet stones, with a bright, electric finish. Wines typically peak between 6 and 12 years after vintage.
