Crafted by winemaker Kevin Morrisey, who trained at prestigious estates including Chateau Petrus in Bordeaux, Stags' Leap Winery, Etude, and Ehlers Estate, this wine showcases exceptional terroir-driven character. The wine begins its journey in concrete vessels before maturing in a blend of 60% new French oak and 40% second-use barrels, resulting in a harmonious balance of velvety tannins and fruit spice with a soft yet dynamic profile.

This Cabernet Sauvignon delivers layers of ripe blackberry, cassis, and plum, wrapped in notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and a hint of graphite. Aromas of cassis and ripe blackberries combine with dark chocolate, sweet spices, and bark undertones. The wine features red and black fruits, camphor, leather, and some bloody, iron-like nuances. Full-bodied, deep, and creamy with fine, velvety tannins and a long, persistent finish with a touch of baking spice and crushed violets. The 2021 vintage received critical acclaim with 97 points from Wine Spectator ("Fabulous & Limited"), 93+ points from Jeb Dunnuck, and 92 points from James Suckling.
