Robert De Nola Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine from the Cava region of Spain, produced by Emendis, a family winery named after the first woman recorded as living on the winery's estate in the village of Castellet i La Gornal in Barcelona Province, dating back to 1186. Made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Monastrell grapes grown in 48 hectares of clayey soil with high magnesium content, this cava is crafted using the traditional Champagnois Method where secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle.

The wine displays a deep salmon-blush color with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Aromas include strawberry, wild berries, redcurrant, toasted hazelnut and rising pizza dough. The palate presents flavors of Valencia orange, strawberry, white chocolate, marzipan and espresso, beginning slightly piquant with spicy notes.
