Kirkland Signature Combo Pizza Take and Bake on Roman Style Pinsa is a ready-to-bake pizza featuring a unique Roman-style pinsa crust made from a blend of Italian wheat flour, rice flour, and soy flour with a dried wheat sourdough starter. This combination creates a light, airy crust that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The pizza is topped with San Marzano-style sauce, mozzarella cheese, slow-aged pepperoni, Italian sausage, fire-roasted peppers, and onions.
The rectangular-shaped pizza serves 6 people and offers a distinctive texture compared to traditional pizza crust. To prepare, preheat oven to 425°F, place the pizza directly on the center oven rack without the cardboard pad, position a cookie sheet underneath to catch drippings, and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges become golden brown. The pizza is kept refrigerated and has a best before date of three days from packaging.
