Somos Tintito is a Mediterranean-style red blend from South Australia crafted by winemakers Ben and Mauricio. The 2023 vintage is composed of 60% Grenache, 21% Mencía, 9% Dolcetto, 5% Syrah, and 5% Nero d'Avola, with fruit hand-harvested from sites across Riverland, Adelaide Hills, Langhorne Creek, and McLaren Vale.

The wine bursts with ripe raspberries and tart cherries, layered with notes of blood orange zest and a subtle floral lift. Crushed herbs add intrigue while a crisp mineral edge keeps it fresh. Fermented with native yeast in open-top fermenters with 20% whole clusters for the Grenache and Mencía, then aged 6-12 months in used large format oak. Bottled with minimal sulfur and coarse filtration, no fining.

All vineyard sources are part of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia, with the Riverland vineyard certified organic and the McLaren Vale vineyard certified biodynamic. 13.5% ABV. Total production: 1,000 cases.
