Rubia sources exceptional fruit from coveted California vineyards and works with noted winemaker Julien Fayard, whose background includes experience at Lafite Rothschild and with Philippe Melka in Napa Valley.

This unoaked Chardonnay is aged without oak contact, allowing the natural character of the fruit to shine through.
