Homare Strawberry Nigori is a flavored nigori sake liqueur from Homare Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., brewed in Fukushima prefecture in Japan's Tohoku region. It combines a mellow nigori sake base — a local Fukushima favorite for over 50 years — with all-natural strawberry juice, containing no artificial flavoring agents or acidifiers. The result is a rich, creamy, and vibrantly sweet drink with fresh strawberry flavor often described as an alcoholic strawberry smoothie.

This product is the result of five years of development and testing, with the brewers evaluating more than 1,000 flavor combinations before selecting this recipe. It registers an alcohol content of 8.5% ABV and carries a sake meter value (SMV) of -86, indicating exceptional sweetness, with an acidity level of 4.8. The rice polishing ratio (RPR) is 70%. The cloudy appearance comes from fermented rice sediment — shake the bottle gently before serving.
