Dalton Alma Red Blend is a full-bodied Kosher red wine from the Galilee region of northern Israel, produced by Dalton Winery, one of Israel's leading boutique wineries. The wine is a Bordeaux-style blend combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, and Grenache sourced from multiple premium vineyards in the Upper Galilee.

Grapes are harvested and fermented separately in individual batches, then pressed before fermentation completes to encourage malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in French oak barriques, tasted individually, blended, and then given an additional six months of aging in French oak. The result is a dark, lively wine with generous aromas of cherries, plums, and sweet dark fruits, with flavors of vanilla, cloves, and green tea, and a smooth buttery palate.

The wine carries 14.5% ABV and is certified Kosher Le Mehadrin and vegan-friendly. It has earned a score of 93 from Wine Enthusiast and a Bronze Medal at the Israel Wine Awards.
